The Bavarian is the only ski-in, ski-out lodge located mid-mountain, just yards from the base of the Kachina Quad chairlift, to which our guests have exclusive access during the early portion of the morning. |

Guests can ski
to the lodge from any part of the mountain, ride up the Quad directly
from the lodge or ski the 1.3 mile trail back to the village base.
In addition, complimentary transportation to and from the base is warmly offered to The Bavarian's guests. |

Our guests are encouraged to enroll in the highly enjoyable and productive "Learn-to-Ski-Better-Week" program, which is part of the spirit and unique experience of Taos Ski Valley. Visit the Taos Ski Valley site for more information about ski lesson packages and the famous Ernie Blake Ski School. |
