Summer Activities

During the
summer, our restaurant is open Thursday thru Sunday 12 noon to 8
pm (closed Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
Lodging is available throughout the week. Please contact us for reduced summer rates, our "Romantic Getaway" offer and special functions like weddings, birthday parties, retreats, etc. We are currently taking lodging reservations for the upcoming ski season. Summer activities include guided nature excursions, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, horseback riding and fishing. From The Bavarian, our guests can take self-guided nature tours of the bordering wilderness area,into the unique Williams Lake Glacial Canyon. |

Mountain Biking is now available at Taos Ski Valley. Bikes can be rented for the day at Stay Tuned Sports and Cottam's. Take a great ride up the Rubezahl trail to The Bavarian for a gourmet lunch. |
Guided horseback rides are available daily at Taos Ski Valley, or we can arrange for rides at the Historic Taos Pueblo on Scenic Indian Lands. The Bavarian can also arrange whitewater rafting trips with experienced, certified guides. |
