For Immediate Release:
Over the last 5 months, Blue Ridge Development and Group 3 Development, LLC have made significant progress toward the completion of the Phase 1 Chalets, the first and only five star full service residences in Kachina Valley.
The Bavarian Inn & Chalets will build on the Bavarian's reputation as the most luxurious destination in Taos Ski Valley. Since 1996, the Bavarian has provided first-class family lodging and gourmet dining in an elegant Bavarian style log dining room that features 17th century Bavarian antique paneling. The Bavarian offers a magical mountain ambiance combining the best of the American West with the Old World atmosphere of the Swiss and German Alps.
To date, all buyers of the Chalet units have opted for the full 3 bedroom option which includes a glorious 3rd floor Master Suite comprised of a 5 fixture bathroom, vaulted ceilings and an Owners Study. The Suite may be locked off by the Owner permitting the ground and second floors to be rented on a nightly basis by The Bavarian Lodge.
As a final component of Phase One, the development team anticipates a third Chalet building to include two three-bedroom units. The Pad and underlying utilities have been completed and capped for this building in preparation for sale reservations.
Once reserved, the development team will complete the structure as early as Fall 2009. Interested buyers may contact the development team to make inquiries and tour the site.
As the chalets become reality the development teamís deep dedication to environmental sensitivity and to an architectural style appropriate to the surroundings is clearly apparent. Situated prominently at the base of Lift 4 with unobstructed views of Kachina Peak, the Chalets and neighboring Bavarian Lodge are the defining structures at the heart of Kachina Valley.
Pictured here during window installation, the G3 construction crews have moved indoors for the winter to complete the interior fit-out. In the Spring the balconies and natural wood siding will be added to complete the exterior architecture.
